Brauer

Brauer is a German expression for the “brewer”. The first version appeared in April 2015 as part of branding study for a certain small brewery in northern Bohemia. The German design influence is still found in the border areas. The feel is sentimental, so are drinkers. It’s condensed in lighter styles, which is good for use on bottles. Six weights with small caps, choice of ligatures and oldstyle figures make it joy to use on posters, catalogs and lettering as well.
